Start by reading the collection description and the lesson titles. Choose a video that matches the subject you want to observe; the original sequence is retained for reference.

All 25 videos can be played directly on the homepage. Each also has a separate viewing page with its duration, collection link and previous or next video. Playing a new video on the homepage pauses another video that is already playing there.

Use the language switch to change the page text. The video asset is shared between language pages. Spoken audio has not been verified for every video, and no reviewed subtitles are currently listed.

Course titles and file counts do not establish difficulty, completeness or suitability for every learner. Consult a suitable instructor before planning intensive or partner training. Keep enough clear space and practice within your abilities.
